Chateau Madelinot, Iles de la Madeleine

The Chateau Madelinot is a medium grade resort hotel on the Iles de la Madeleine in the Gulf of St Lawrence.  Its 120 ensuite rooms are comfortable and offer all modern conveniences, including cable TV, telephone and hair dryer.  A standard room is pictured below.  There is an oceanfront restaurant with fine views over Plaisence Bay; specialities naturally include locally sourced fish and seafood.  The resort has a large indoor heated pool (below).
