Sound and Light Show at the Giza Pyramids

Your driver will collect you in the evening from your hotel and take you to the seating area in Giza for the English-speaking performance of the Sound and Light or 'Son et Lumiere'.  The schedule varies according to the time of year.  The show lasts approximately 1 hour and is accompanied by a somewhat melodramatic commentary (with the Sphinx in the role of narrator), but the visual display is superb.

Performances are held three times daily in different languages.

Seats are on a grandstand facing the Sphinx.  It is recommended to bring something warm to wear since nights can be cold, even in the summer months.
