You will be taken by motor boat to the island on which the Temple of Philae is now located, following its rescue and relocation to avoid the rising waters of Lake Nasser.  The Sound and Light or 'Son et Lumiere' performance lasts approximately 1 hour and takes place at various locations within the temple complex (the audience moves from place to place).  The visual impact is impressive.
