There is a selection of restaurants.  The Pacific Restaurant, located on the Lobby Level, is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and specialises in Pacific Northwest Cuisine.  In the evening is live entertainment from Bill Mulley, a consummate jazz pianist whose sophisticated style has won him acclaim at home and abroad.  The Pacific Restaurant subscribes to 'Ocean Wise', a conservation programme led by the Vancouver Aquarium, which works with restaurants and markets, ensuring that they have the most current scientific information regarding seafood and helping them make ocean-friendly buying decisions. The options are highlighted on the menu with the Ocean Wise symbol, making it easier for consumers to make environmentally friendly seafood choices.  The Pacific Lounge offers a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy your favourite beverage; try one of their speciality martinis, or sample the range of scotch whiskies.  The Mark (pictured left) offers more formal dining.  The chef searches for the best local products such as seafood, produce and locally reared poultry for which Vancouver Island is famous. The Mark provides personalized service and offers a carefully chosen selection of B.C., Californian and imported wines. Designed with excellence in mind and seating only 26 people, The Mark offers exclusive privacy and unsurpassed service. An intimate table for two or a dinner for four is The Mark's specialty.  The Courtyard Café is accessed from outside the front of the hotel on Belleville Street. The menu offers speciality coffees, soft drinks, smoothies, fresh baked goods and tasty wholesome deli-style food.

The Grand Pacific Athletic Club has a 25 metre ozone pool with an easy access entry, a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.  The gym has Paramount Strength Equipment, cardio machines, treadmills, stationary bikes, stair climbers, recumbent bikes and rowing ergometer.  There is a squash court.
