Les Jardins de Skoura

This small hotel is located in the heart of the Skoura palm grove, surrounded by a magnificent garden featuring a number of different trees and fragrances.  It has just 8 bedrooms (5 standard bedrooms, on which the World Discovery prices are based, and 3 suites).  All are air conditioned with ensuite facilities. 

In the summer, you can enjoy relaxing comfortably on one of the terraces, lay by the poolside under the olive trees, or stroll in the vegetable gardens. On winter nights, the convivial dining room is warmed up by a lovely chimney fire.

The restaurant features Moroccan and Mediterranean specialities.  The menu features great classics as well as a number of simpler and fresh recipes, such as zucchini seasoned with 'chermoula', beetroot gazpacho, melon with ginger or a coriander-flavoured citrus fruit terrine. Home-made olive oil and the flavours of the hotel's own garden are at your table.  Lunch is served under the olive trees, or on the panoramic terraces.
