Ndhovu tented accommodation

The Ndhovu Safari Lodge is a peaceful riverine retreat situated on the western banks of the Okavango River, overlooking the well-known Caprivi Game Park (Bwabwata National Park).

The lodge offers private tented accommodation, each tent being fully equipped with its own ensuite bathroom facilities.  For the more adventurous there is a 'Rivertent' on the water, where you can feel really close to crocodiles as well as the hippos.

The charming thatched central 'lapa' which houses the bar (pictured below) overlooks the banks of the river, where elephants and hippo sometimes congregate, providing guests with outstanding game and bird-viewing opportunities whilst enjoying sundowners at the bar and delicious three course meals.  There is a pleasant outdoor swimming pool.

Optional facilities offered at the lodge include sundowner cruises, fishing excursions, village tours and game drives whilst the birdlife in the area will satisfy the most ardent bird-watcher - over 400 different species have been recorded in the surroundings.
