Port Hardy does not unfortunately have any hotels of the standard we would normally use on a World Discovery holiday.  The best of a mediocre selection is the Quarterdeck Inn & Marina, a full service three star property with marina, restaurant and jacuzzi.  The inn is located in central Port Hardy and features 40 ensuite ocean-view rooms and suites, complimentary continental breakfast, hot tub and the Quarterdeck Pub. The inn is just minutes away from B.C. Ferries Inside Passage Terminal.

Rooms have individual thermostat control, and amenities include cable TV, pay-per-view movies, telephone, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and complimentary in-room tea and coffee.  There is high speed internet access in every room.
