Span Resort, Katrain

The Span Resort is located in Katrain on the banks of River Beas , mid way between Kullu and Manali.

The resort is spread over several acres and has accommodation in 25 cottages. Each cottage is elegantly appointed, with ensuite shower and w.c., and gives you the desired privacy and an uninterrupted view of the river and the mountains.

The riverside restaurant is open during the day, and tables are laid outside for breakfast and lunch when the weather is pleasant.  The resort's bar is famous throughout India for its collection of nearly 300 different brands of liquor, including the finest Scotch whiskeys.

For recreation you can enjoy a horse ride, or go and river rafting whether you are an amateur or an enthusiast.  The Beas River is an anglers' delight.  There are facilities for lawn tennis, table tennis, badminton and billiards.
