The Victorines du Lac is a 20-room inn on the shores of Lac Mégantic in the Eastern Townships. Each room has a large luxurious bed and a private washroom, and air-conditioning is provided. Many overlook the lake itself, with its breathtaking and continually changing views. Others open to the canopy of the forest, while others face the gardens below. Various rooms are provided with television and high-speed internet service with or without hook-ups. Irons and ironing boards are available upon demand.
Whether it is walking, swimming, biking, sailing, golfing, or skiing, visitors are welcome to such activities within a five minutes distance of the inn. The end of the day is also rewarded by a hearty, yet lavish dinner, which is filled with both replenishing regional flavours and fine-wine marinades. The inn's fine cuisine is renowned throughout the region. Chef James Stearns holds more than 20 years of experience in the Culinary Arts in both Canada and France.
