Jetwing Vil Uyana, Sigiriya

This unique project of 25 spacious dwellings has met the challenge of introducing a wetland system on reclaimed agricultural lands within Sri Lanka's 'Dry Zone'; a section of land has been used to re-grow padi using traditional harvesting methods and the whole area is a haven for those who wish to escape from the norms of everyday life and for those nature lovers who wish to indulge in their hobbies whilst pampering themselves in luxurious comfort.

Dine in the privacy of your dwelling or ‘under the stars’ or simply relax and pamper yourself at the Island Spa offering a range of treatments to choose from.

The rooms (below) have teak floors, individualised air-conditioning, telephone and IDD facility, e-mail and internet access, mini bar, tea and coffee making facilities, large scenic private balcony or terrace, safety locker, cable TV with BOSE entertainment system, in –room dining if required, shower and bath, slippers and sarongs.  Some rooms have a private pool.

For dining there is a choice of three outlets: the Apsara – teak furnished, naturally cool with a spectacular view for all day dining;  the Sulang for light bites and drinks; or the Graffiti Bar – with a selection of cigars and light reading material.
